This place is a rip off after the deal. I bought a van from them over a month ago and still have no title. Not sure how you sell a vehicle you dont have the title for. Ibe called multiple multiple times over the past few weeks to get nowhere. They are always looking into it they say and that they will call back but never do. The management should be fired as they dont answer the phone or deal with any issues. Cowards if you ask me.. happy with the vehicle extremely disappointed with the after service. The way they act you would think I was asking for my money back. Makes me sick dealing with spineless cowards who wont even do their xxxx job and give me what I paid for in full.. I guess itll take legal action to get their attention..sincerely Lori Salgado...

Quick and responsive. Vehicle was repaired under warranty and was completed in a timely manner. All employees were courteous and answered questions without hesitation. Thanks.

Polite courtious the sales rep I dealt with was not pushy answered all questions so we purchased a new Murano. We received a great deal all around.

Some unfortunate events out of dealers control happened resulting in my car being there for 6 weeks, but that is not why I'm only giving 2 stars. 5 days after returning my car it did the exact same thing I had it towed to them in the first place and required another tow. They did not take any monetary responsibility for the tow. They were always nice, but not overly accommodating. I asked for a loaner vehicle, I was asked to make an appt, when I arrived at my appt time no one knew about such loaner. They did quickly find me one...but it had not been cleaned and still had food crumbs from previous use. They had my car for 6 weeks the first time and didnt even wash it which had been standard along with a quick detail from all other dealers I have worked with. The 2nd time I did recieve a free wash from a local car wash, but not even a quick vacuum inside. After realizing I no longer wanted to drive a nissan, I asked for a trade in value. I also checked with 5 other dealers. They were all between 3-6k more than than Machens offered me. Which tells me they either have no faith in the work they did on my car, or after having a really poor nissan experience they thought I would be an easy buy.

Everyone that I dealt with from the detail tech to finance officer was FANTASTIC. They never made me feel pressured and didn’t try to get me to buy something I didn’t need or want. Cristian Sellers is number 1 in my book.
