Everyone there is always so nice. I hate that my car didn’t get cleaned up because of Covid policy but the service was awesome.

Dishonest

Lied about the loan didn’t get the facts right extremely disappointed drove long way to purchase the car They said no problem knowing what car we where trading but instead wanted our other vehicle

Rogue Purchase

David Wilson was very easy to work with in buying my Rogue. I am very picky and he was very accommodating. He found exactly what I was looking for which was perfect. He was very nice and deserves the highest rating possible. I did not enjoy the financing part though. I felt a lot of pressure to buy an extended plan. I said 'no' several times but it seemed that would not be acceptable. I did not like feeling this pressure. Once I said I was not interested, that should have been enough. I ended up buying a GAP plan and a limited warranty which I am going to cancel in the next week. This is the only negative part about my experience. When I picked up the vehicle on Monday, it was ready and waiting. I appreciated that!

I was absolutely sadden that this time around they didn’t clean my vehicle like they usually do when I do a service with them. I hope nissan does better bc my family has cars with other dealers and they really take care of their customers.
