Absolute worst service ever

Avoid these guys for Jeep service at all cost. I have had 2 of my Jeeps in for service and had similar, horrible service each time. Learned my lesson and will never go back. Both times after having appointments, service took over 6 hours each time to even diagnose the problems. Maybe the mechanics are not well trained or they are just incompetent? The first visit, they never did get around to telling me the problem with the Jeep, just charged the diag fee and let me sit for hours until I couldn't take it any longer and just got the car back and left. Today was similar but after badgering them several times, they finally, after 7 hours, decided what the car needed. Of course I would never hire them or trust them to perform the repairs. Go someplace else if you want anything done.

Poor customer service

My husband and I went to buy a Jeep Renegade. This was on April 20th and we just received our paperwork today. We were told it would be at our house in 7 to 10 days and it did not come until we had to repeatedly call and text for it. My son is graduating in 3 days and needless to say sitting at the DMV is not my idea of a way to spend my time right before a graduation. When we picked up the Jeep it had a low tire and all they did was put air in it. And ended up needing to be repaired. The customer service was beyond subpar. I called up to speak to a manager and then was put on hold for 15 minutes. Anyone that has a job knows that being on hold for 15 minutes can really eat up your day. There are many other things that were not professional at this dealership. We also haven't received our floor mats or are owners manual that we requested several weeks ago. The follow-through is not their strongest point. I do appreciate my car but the service was not great

Purchasing a Vehicle at Joe Machen's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

After perusing the online inventory, I was put into contact with Frank Ferguson. Frank worked to find the best deal possible for us even before we met in person. Once we were ready to go the dealership, Frank did not pressure us to buy a vehicle on our first visit. In fact, we discussed more options, took a test drive, had our trade-in appraised, and then left. Given Frank's kindness and genuine nature, coupled with quality vehicles, we came back a few days later to purchase. Frank and staff were fantastic throughout the entire process.

Faith in Machens

My husband and I have purchased multiple autos from Machens and we LOVE them and their sales staff. We won't buy anywhere else! They also have the best selection and if they don't have it on the lot they will find it!

Best dealership I've been to in a long time!

Called spoke to Zack (our salesperson) looking for a specific vehicle, hyundai veloster turbo. Drove up the following morning looked at the car fell in love with it. The process was seamless!
