This dealership has caused nothing but headaches.

This dealership has caused nothing but headaches. Listen to the negative reviews and save yourself the hassle. Our credit was hit 4 times for hard inquiries, my tag transfer is messed up, they added a $4,000 warranty without my consent and everytime we call we are told they're busy and will call back.. and they NEVER do. I drove 3 hours to purchase my vehicle and this was the worst experience of my LIFE. I have never had such issues in all of my car buying experience.

I recently had the experience of purchasing a vehicle from Car Haven, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts about the dealership. While my interaction with Rico was incredibly disappointing—his sales approach left much to be desired—my experience was completely transformed by the outstanding service provided by Rynell and Gary. Their professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine care for customers are the primary reasons I chose to make my purchase at Car Haven. If it weren't for Rynell and Gary, I honestly believe this dealership would struggle to stay afloat. Their exceptional personalities and commitment to customer satisfaction exceeded all my expectations, and I am grateful for their support throughout the buying process. Because of them, I will not only return for future purchases but will also be sending referrals their way. Thank you, Rynell and Gary, for making my car-buying experience a positive one!

I reached out to purchase a vehicle on the lot and from

I reached out to purchase a vehicle on the lot and from the start the communication was so poor that I should have washed my hands immediately, however, I continued reaching out and was eventually shuffled through 4 different people over 3 days. I don't remember all of the names, but the one who actually wrote his name in the text was, Farhan. I told them exactly which vehicle I was interested in and was advised to fill out the credit application. I did so, I also explained I was coming from out of state and wanted to make sure everything was good before making the trip. I would go all day without hearing from anyone and then someone would contact me who knew nothing about the situation and I would have to re-explain. Also, when the person was doing a facetime walkthrough for me to show me the vehicle, they didn't have it on the lot because it was "out for inspection". I reached out multiple times without response, and nobody at the dealership seemingly knew anything about me or the deal I had been working on with the dealership. I received sporadic texts telling me things like, "you are approved, the finance manager is just swamped and hasn't had time to call you", "we have just been so busy that nobody has had a minute to get in touch with you", etc. Now, I receive a text this morning telling me it was sold, it went to the first person to come and get it. I don't know how dealerships like these stay in business, but I, too, own a business and I find this to be appalling. You may or may not get good service at Carhaven. There's more to the nonsense, but I think you get the point. Update, I spoke with the GM "Gary" and he said they shouldn't have done that but said he would get me into another van at the same price and similar mileage, he was supposed to call me back and it has now been 5 days. I surely wouldn't deal with these people. Now looking at this website, I learned that Gary Lewis is not the GM, which is exactly who I asked to speak with (big surprise), he is instead in the finance department. I hope the GM sees this.. not that I expect this will result in a change of policies, how they run the dealership, or me ending up with a vehicle.

I asked for a description of the vehicle and was blatantly lied to by Jason. drove all the way from Michigan to find out that the van had obvious significant damage that wasn't disclosed even though that's what I specifically asked for.

I purchased a car in nov.

I purchased a car in nov.2024 its the end of March 2025. First they filled out my paper work with the wrong vin number.So that means my insurance was quoted for an incorrect price. So I was told to come out and get the correct tags. The tag machine didn't work so they gave me there dealer temp tag and promised to pay for my gas. When i come back the owner says he didnt have his gas card so no one paid for my gas. In that same visit told me to my face that the title is correct and should be in the system in a week.Now it's March and NO title has been processed. This is the worst experience I have ever had. Tell anyone never go there!

Rynell is an extremely kind and caring sales

Rynell is an extremely kind and caring sales representative. My nephew and I were looking at a vehicle and he took his time to carefully answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Rynell.

We recently bought a Nissan Altima from Carhaven and had an excellent experience. Our salesman Rolando was incredibly personable, honest, and beyond a pleasure to work with. Our finance guy, Gary, found us the best deal possible and was also very personable and professional. The general manger, Desmond, has really put together a top notch team and welcoming atmosphere.
