Bait and switch technique...they list cars on their website which they don’t have and give the excuse that the phone guys are out of East Europe and they... always make this mistake!!! I’ve checked three other Mercedes Benz CLA 250’s and they ALL had some sort of damage they never mentioned (and amazingly enough don’t show on the pics listed on their website). Moreover; they hit you with over $3000 in fees most of which cash penalties (yes, they penalize you for paying cash) as they need to make money off finance!
Went there to look at a new car, now I don’t need to buy but just looking at a new car. They acted like I need them they wanted so much more money down... and acted like the bank didn’t approve me for what I needed. And they want way too much cash down. I left and they followed me out to my car and both my husband and I are educated people and they thought we were suckers. Now when we went home I called the banks and it was totally different than what they quoted me. DONT BUY FROM HERE. THEY ADD EXTRA STUFF TO GET EXTRA MONEY.

The place in crowded, staff NOT wearing mask, no one is respecting social distance rules. Fine. Make me waited 2.5 hours without any where to seat. Also... fine. Finally got to see the car I interested in, and lost my interest when seeing it has 4 warning lights on, scratches I’ll over the place and clear damage on the wheel. To make my long way and long wait time worth, I searched their inventory online and asked to see another car, this car only had one warning light on, but still can tell the car is low in the brake and 2 of the tires(4 tires are in 4 different condition on the AWD car). Sales said the warning and tires can be resolved, so I started talking about price, then the most “beautiful” moment happens: they are not giving any discount and asking for a “fee” of $3,000 for work they have done on the car (I wasn’t mean enough to ask what have been done to have such bad conditions, but I understand it doesn’t make sense to hide the fee and charge customers for this reason). Then, I noticed extra fee for finance, extra fees for repairs and tires etc, etc. I have seen bad dealers a lot, but they are definitely the worst liars
Like the recent bad review the car I was looking for was on the other lot. We went, got it, even got another truck I was looking at. I was never rushed,... never pushed, got the full attention of Juan who helped me. I would highly recommend the dealer, I had a great experience
This is my second public review ever and my advice to anyone looking to buy a car from this place is don't even bother. It will just end in frustration.... We made an offer on a car from their website and we had to write them 4 emails and place 4 calls to get any movement on it. Zero customer service or sense of urgency. Four days later, we still have yet to receive a call from anyone in their sales team. When we called and spoke with a member of their team, they always offered to call us back within 30-60 minutes with answers and that never happened. There are plenty of other dealerships to shop at. Don't waste your time.

The salesman Juan and the General Manager Rad are the worst pieces of c**p I have ever dealt with in all my life. First, the finance guy who is another... piece of c**p, he tried to charge me another $2190.00 extra by putting on the contract $24990.00 instead of the sale price $22800.00. Well, I caught him and they had to reimburse me for that. When I talked to Juan the salesman he told me they maintained the car since they had it, when I checked the car for vehicle status, it said that I had 800 miles left on the front brakes. When I told them Rad said they would pay for the pads but I had to pay for the rotors (271.00). They also had to top the fluids and change the wipers. I dropped off the car (2017 BMW) and I told them I needed it back by 4pm. At 4pm I called them and they didn't do the brakes only the wipers. They said they needed a part for the brakes. They had my car all day and did not call me. They dropped off the car back at 6:30 pm. I was livid! When I dropped off the car again they "fixed the brakes" only to discover there was a noise so loud I had to bring it back. Something from the brakes was hitting the rotor. A few days after that 2 hoses broke and when I called the warranty company they said I had to bring it back to the dealer because it was under 50 miles so I couldn't bring it anywhere else. They did not explain that to me when I purchased the warranty! I had to have the car towed to a BMW dealer near me. It cost me $1500.00 to repair the hoses which weren't under the Gold Package warranty that I bought. I tried asking them to let me out of this warranty but they said it was past the time allotted. So now I have a $2050.00 warranty I can't and will not use. Great! I called Rad about 15-20 times to discuss all of this and not once did he return my calls. How about that for service! The GM of this putrid company doesn't have the decency to call back. They kept telling me he's out to lunch, with a customer, busy in the back with someone, etc... There is so much more to my experience with this poor excuse of a company. I will admit that I didn't take the advise of all the other horrible reviews to stay away from xxxx like them. I also want to acknowledge that 2 individuals that were a saving grace in my experience was Tom and Victor who seem to be the only ones with integrity. Run, run, run, far away from this dealership. If the salesman and the GM are a piece of $**t, what is the Owner like? Probably a bigger piece of $**t who either does not care or is so oblivious to what's going on.
