From the moment I stepped on the lot I felt this comfortable selection of every type of car anyone would fine ideal for there situation. The best part... the salesman had no pressure or sales pitch ready to make my shopping experience horrible instead he said if you would like to test drive or know more about any vehicle on our lot just give me a holla you need anything to drink a pad of paper or pen? Take your time I will be in the office when you done!
My son purchased a 2013 Nissan Sentra from Ucar Station, 8064 Garvey Ave, Rosemead, CA 91770. His salesperson was Karen Zhu and the manager that I have... spoken on the phone with claims his name is Peter Zhu. Delivery of the vehicle was on 8/1/17. With less than 100 miles driven, the transmission failed. I have tried coming to terms with Peter, which failed as he would not budge or even help us out--even a little. I have more than 10 years in auto sales and management and most reputable dealers would work with their customers to come to a reasonable solution. I was willing to share the cost or have it repaired at a discounted rate, but he refused. When I spoke with Peter Zhu on the phone, I was amazed when informed me that this happens all the time with his customers and that taking care of them and protecting the reputation of his business was not important to him. It is obvious that this dealer cares little about its customers or its reputation. My son is just starting out and this is his first buying experience. It will cost $3,500 to repair. I would strongly advise to avoid this business.
