My name is Tim Zarbock and I'm the owner here at Wheels In Motion Auto Sales. Wheels In Motion offers different financing options to help you with the purchase of your new vehicle as well as offering extended warranties on most of our vehicles. What really sets Wheels In Motion apart from other dealers is the fact that we can have you driving off in you new vehicle in as little as a half hour for cash deals and no more than a couple hours on financed deals, not all day like most other dealers.

    If you're like me, you are searching for a different kind of car buying experience than the stereotypical high pressure or game playing situations. Instead... of your big box dealerships let me recommend family-owned Wheels in Motion Auto Sales in Tempe. For starters, with 99% of searches online for cars, dealerships force you to include your phone number. Wheels in Motion allowed me to choose the contact information that I shared, letting me put in just email address, and that right there alleviated 90% of the dread of the process for me. In the past it took months to get dealerships to stop calling me multiple times per day. My questions about a specific car in stock were answered quickly via email. When I called, Chris was helpful not only in answering specific questions, but he also asked if he could text me a video of the car. He then did a personalized video walk-around the car, using my name. Pretty impressive!The car I wanted is not readily available in pristine condition. I cannot speak to the availability of specialized cars in general at Wheels in Motion, but they were the ONLY ones to have the car I wanted with low mileage. The next day when I arrived I was greeted at the door by name. I never felt pressured, and I actually learned a lot about several other cars I was interested in, helping me to make and informed and better decision. In negotiations on the price of the car, I felt like the process was pretty transparent, and not a high pressure situation. I did have a loan approval with my own bank going in, but was not happy with the LONG terms on a used car. Wheels in Motion has relationships with multiple lenders, and their financial person, Howard, sought out a loan that was a better fit for my particular situation. When I came back with my own solution, Howard took yet another change in stride and was genuinely happy for me that I had found a way to make financing work. Of course it meant they would get the sale, but it was more than that - there was an unexpected patience with the process. And both Howard and Chris spent a huge amount of time answering my many questions regarding financing, insurance, car valuation, and more. All around I had a great experience with Wheels in Motion. And unbeknownst to them, they were playing a part in a mighty blessing of God in my life. I am so excited to be driving home my convertible PT Cruiser!

    Wheels in Motion goes above and beyond to help out their customers! July 2017 I was in an accident that totaled my car which left me, a young first-year... teacher who just moved to Arizona, without a car. I looked at many different dealerships in the west and east valleys, but Wheels in Motion stood out for their honesty, customer service and car quality. The employees at Wheels in Motion were incredibly kind, informative and helpful during my first-time car buying experience. That same week I was able to walk out with a 2008 Honda CR-V at an affordable price! It has now been 11 months since I bought the car. My AC stopped working, so I went to Wheels in Motion for help. Scott, Tim and David were all incredible. They remembered me as a customer and immediately took my car to their mechanic. Scott understood my situation and took complete care of me by splitting the cost to fix my AC and giving me a car to use while my car was being fixed. This is what EXCELLENT customer service looks like. Did they have to help me? No. BUT THEY DID! I will be buying all future cars from this dealership and urge everyone to go see Wheels in Motion!

    they bring the car out to you and you cannot see where it was last sitting. all of the cars are kept hidden away. I went to check out the black jeep liberty... 2006 and it was a beautiful car. the two windows didn't go down, but they informed me they would fix it. I took it out for a test drive, and when I parked it to check under the hood there was oil dripping with a large puddle forming under the vehicle. There was no information given that there was a leak that would be fixed.

I did wan...t to mention we don't hide our cars we have a 75,000 square foot indoor showroom too keep our cars out of the harsh Arizona summer weather. though we were not able to earn your business this time I assure you that we will work even harder to ensure everyone gets a great experience when they arrive at Wheels In Motion.

    I paid off the car free and clear but I can't seem to get a free and clear title. I have been waiting over a month for it. When I did get it, it was not... notarized or signed and it still had a lean on it. I am very disappointed. It was like he just pulled it out of a drawer and mailed it just to pacify. This is the owner! no less, first he was at an auction, then out for 2 weeks, then he was at the hospital, and now he is going to be gone for a week So I took the title back to Wheels in Motion and still waiting. I don't know what to think at this point. I trust the Tim to do the right thing, but to do business with him again at this point is questionable. Maybe it is just me, so I would recommend this dealer to a friend, because I love the people who work there, but be on the part of caution. I don't think he expected me to pay off the car, I really think he thought I was going to trade it in. I never paid off a car before so maybe this is what is supposed to happen. So I am stumped as to how to get a free and clear title. The title is still not right. It was signed or notarized or signed nothing. I may be wrong but I thought it was up to the company to remove all liens and sign off on it. At least that was what I was told so now I don't know what the truth is. I was told I couldn't take the lien off the company has to do that. So at this point I am confused. I just want a free and clear title from the DMV which shows a lien still in place after a month. So it seems nothing got done in 30 days. So my questions are: Who is supposed to remove the lien? How long does it normally take to get a free and clear title from a dealership? Now that I paid off the car why can't I get a proper free and clear title from Tim Zarbock? Why would he send me a non-notarized title with a lien still on it and call it good? I don't understand. What am I missing? Then be gone for a week? Why are his employees making excuses for him? Why do my emails and phone calls go unanswered? When I called they said he was at an auction, then he was gone 2 weeks, then he was at the hospital, and last week or he will be out of the office for a week. It seems to me a runaround just to get a free and clear title. Then when I finally did get it was not notarized, or signed and still had the lien on it. So I gave it back. This is what I have been dealing with for the past month. Why? Is it supposed to be this hard to get a free and clear title? What is wrong with this picture? Does this make since to anybody?

    Wheels in Motion is a great company to do business with. I really enjoyed working with the owner Tim. I laughed when he asked me about a trade in. I told... him I don't have one I walked 10 miles to get this car. Now I am waiting for the paid off title. I will be doing business with Tim again when I am ready to trade up for a newer car.

    I have had nothing but a good experience with this company. Tim the owner has made sure I had the car available that I wanted. I walked 10 miles to get... this car, I didn't have a car at the time. I am totally satisfied with this company. When I get ready to trade this car in I will work with Tim again on obtaining a newer model. There has never been anything wrong with this car and I know I made a good decision working with this company. I am just waiting for my car title now, and I hope it will be coming soon. Thank you Tim, it was so nice to do business with you and I hope to do it again. Thanks to you next time I come to visit your showroom I won't have to walk.

    I went to dealership with cash in hand looking for a specific car advertised online. Unfortunately, the check engine light along with the ABS light came... on during the test drive. After notifying the salesman, we heard the owner yell from his office that he was getting it looked at on Monday. How can you show a car, and let a customer test drive a car, knowing that warning lights are flashing. I couldn't trust anything after that. It was just disappointing.
