I recently had to wait one and a half hours for an oil

I recently had to wait one and a half hours for an oil change, tire rotation and filter change. A very long time to wait in a waiting area that had only maybe 10 seats that were all taken. I walked outside and sat on the only bench outside. There needs to be faster service or more seats in the waiting room. How about some snacks and beverages other than coffee and water?
