Where do I begin.

Where do I begin... Started with me trying to reach out to the initial sales person who I was linked to when I inquired about the car. Reached out in the morning on Friday (5/26) and left a voicemail, then tried calling later in the day and was told that he would give me a call after he was done with the customers he was seeing. Needless to say I never heard back so I called Saturday morning and got connected with Marc, another sales person who provided additional pictures and a video of the Lexus I was interested in buying. I was instructed to fill out an application online and provide a copy of the drivers license, which was completed. I was informed they would run the credit the next morning and provide financing options as I preferred to have seamless transaction since I live 2.5 hours away. He understood and agreed to provide all financing options asap. Two days go by with no update. Then I get a call 2PM saying if I come down that same day (5/30, Tuesday) they could make a deal because it is close to the end of the month. I informed him I couldn't just getup and go because I live about 2.5 hours away. I offered to do as much remotely and complete the purchase which didn't seem to be an issue and I was told he would speak with his managers and get back to me. Needless to say I never heard back and he became non-responsive to texts and I finally called back today 6/2 to ask what happened and turns out they sold the car after having me fill out a finance application and all. Open and honest communication would have been appreciated. I would definitely avoid this dealership due to its unethical and unprofessional customer service.

Marc in sales and Mike in service were excellent. However, car registration paperwork was not received by DMV and my temporary registration expires in 3 days.

Nice clean Lexus dealership, Adrian is a perfect

Nice clean Lexus dealership, Adrian is a perfect consultant, got me in a car fast . Just didn’t like the finance manager trying to push warranty and the extra add ons like nitro fill, perma plate ,catalytic converter etch. The nitro fill I received an email on and I definitely did not want it.

It’s not the finance manager , but I just didn’t want it the warranty. By the time you don’t buy it it’s like why did I buy this car if it is going to be a xxx if I don’t buy it….I’m good I’ll be there to buy another car because of Adrian. I’m a beback ;)

I have bought many new cars in my lifetime. Buying from Orange County Lexus was an exceptional buying experience. My salesperson Paul provided great, informative no pressure service. The sales Manager, Steve was great to work with as well. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a Lexus or a quality used vehicle to make Orange County Lexus your first stop. I need to start off by saying I’m a Chief Financial

I need to start off by saying I’m a Chief Financial Officer for a large Auto Group in NJ. My level of expectation is high. Lexus of Orange County Exceeded it in their Service Department. From the moment you pull into their Service drive you get greeted and taken care of immediately. What blew me away was the video from the Technician. He introduced himself. Showed me what he did and went over my whole car, from the measurement of my brakes and tires and showed me my how whole under carriage and how dirty my cabin air filter was. There has never been pressure to purchase something. The video took away the fear of them trying to upswell something to me I didn’t need. I highly recommend them for service on your Lexus. The Service Manager greeted me, Service writer was phenomenal. Great job Lexus of Orange County. You nailed it on Customer Service.
