This was my first Lexus service experience and it far exceeded my expectations. Check in was simple, quick and a loaner car was provided. I was warmly greeted by Chris who immediately addressed a couple of questions and concerns I had about my car. Chris called me to update me on the status of my vehicle and my vehicle was returned to me earlier than originally planned. Chris also helped me with an issue that I felt could have been due to the person who owned my vehicle prior to me. I greatly appreciated his help and trust in me. I can't say enough positive things! Great experience.
