Went in for my 10k service.

Went in for my 10k service. Everyone was courteous and professional. Quickly got me in to a liane and sent me a video walk through of the service as it was happening. Very happy!

Please call me to discuss this As of today capital one auto finance has not received the payoff of the 2017 Santa Fe I traded in with you on April 27th. I have made multiple attempts to speak with someone at your dealership and only get sent to voicemail and get no return calls. 914-715-6356

Very good, except I should have taken more time reviewing

Very good, except I should have taken more time reviewing additional protection. Paying over $2000 for wheel/tire protection can't make sense.
