don't buy used from here.
would not buy a used car here, and if you do, make sure you have a third party inspect it fully, which i should have done, but i've never personally had any issues in the past. this is the first used car i've ever purchased that had any issues.. and this car has a lot.. plus another car i test drove with them had weird stuttering, and yet they were still trying to sell it in that condition.

Terrible dealer.
Terrible dealer...makes a second attempt to reach out to me only to repeat the same garbage making it seem your cat is not worth what th internet says they are lying. It's what we say it's worth...this miss out key features to scam custo.ers out of thousands because expensive features are not attached to the Vin they have to be added manually and they leave them out to profit more ..its really sad. That's why you get all these wild numbers everytime you go from. Dealer to dealer

Steve, Your truck was sold to us and you were given the best value for it based off the tools and software available to us. We feel as though we offered a fair number despite what you believe others would pay. We wish you the best moving forward.
Your sales manager is scaming people from alot of money..he is offering me 20k for my trade when my car has been valued as high as 28k. This is ridiculous they took all that time and knew about my situation with buying 2 cars from presitige lexus and 3 from prestige toyota and also selling my truck very cheap for 39k to you guys last year and get the lowest offer ive seen on the market from over 100 dealers which is insane.my car retails at 28k and he is saying 20k that's wild..the tires are great I just paid 1500 for brakes and rotors from you guys and all services done..why 8k less then market but sell me your truck in terrible condition for over retail. That's wild

3 day delay in responding to my online request. Once they responded, the dealership played the bait and switch game and kept me waiting overnight for a price on my trade-in. Josh kept saying he had to speak with his manager and the manager wanted to "think about" their offer to purchase my car over the Labor Day weekend. It was a classic sleeze-bag salesman song and dance. It was obvious they wanted to see if they could sell the car over the long weekend before committing to me.

Hello Lori, Thank you for your initial inquiry! We were lucky enough to have a 2023 Lexus RX350 Hybrid in stock that you were interested in. You requested that we give you a price on your trade in, despite us never seeing the vehicle we agreed to give you an offer on your trade-in which has close to 100k miles and had an accident reported to carfax. we offered you $10,000 because that is what we feel the market dictates. however, you were not budging off of the value that you wanted which was $15,000.00. I'm not sure why you are upset with us, we made you an offer, you did not like the offer. We are not willing to spend $15,00.00 for your vehicle. We offered MSRP with no additional mark up on our vehicle . Just because we did not accept your terms does not make a dealership sleazy. there was no bait and switch, you could've have purchased our car at any time, we just didn't come to agreeable terms on your trade in. Hello Lori, Friday 9/1 was very busy here and I apologize Joshua did not get back to you that day. On Saturday 9/2 he did email you a proposal which you were offered $10,000 for your vehicle. Both you and Joshua spoke on Saturday 9/2 going over the proposal he sent you . We offered you a discount off of MSRP because the vehicle had some mileage on it , but your counter offer was $15,000.00 on your trade-in which we can not do . Joshua did send you a proposal ( a day late due to being busy on the holiday weekend, we do apologize for that) and you did speak with him on Saturday where you did have the opportunity to purchase the vehicle . You have misunderstood my displeasure with the dealership. Friday afternoon of Labor Day weekend (day 3 from my submittal request), Josh phoned and informed me a car was going to be delivered that day. He told me he expected the MSRP would be lowered between $1,500-$2,000 because the car had about 3,000 miles on it (it actually had 4,770). I sent pictures, VIN, etc. to him of my trade. My car was appraised that afternoon, but the $10K offer was never sent to me that afternoon. Josh called me from the road that evening and told me he had the offer on his desk, but the sales manager had not decided what the amount of the discounted MSRP would be yet. It was then that I asked Josh if we were in the same ballpark. He said he could be very persuasive getting me the best price for my car and a discounted sales price on the new/used car. On Saturday morning Josh called and said he would offer $10K for my car and nothing off MSRP. We went back and forth and he said he had to talk with his sales manager again. Josh called back and said the sales manager wanted to "think about it". I then told Josh, I would be traveling 4.5 hours (one way) to pick up the car on a holiday weekend and if the sales manager could not make a decision and I did not receive a call back, I would consider the deal done. I was certainly being jerked around by the sales manager.
FYI - I NEVER received an email with a proposal. Everything was verbal. And again, I think you are missing the point. The salesman/sales manager act was absolutely ridiculous.
