The first thing you see is a clean new structure. You leave your car in the drop off area and are directed to your service rep. He tells you what will be done and invited you to have a bagel and coffee. When the car is ready you settle up and get in your newly washed car for your drive home.

Drove a 350L, loved it… But another salesman was taking a
Drove a 350L, loved it… But another salesman was taking a deposit on it as I was deciding on it. I wanted an L and inventory was not abundant , not in same price range. Ended up buying a regular RX350 which indeed, is beautiful. LOVE the warranty, smooth ride, easy to deal with the staff there as well, Thank you

We needed a new left front tire.
We needed a new left front tire. Service head was most helpful and efficient. Pointed out a possible issue with right front tire and we replaced it as well.
