The entire process scheduling service was simple, friendly, and top notch efficient. The service dep technician sends you a web site while your car is being serviced and you can watch the whole procedure on your phone and that is very cool.

The manager contacted me three weeks after purchasing my
The manager contacted me three weeks after purchasing my car regarding the check my bank sent, which was sent to the wrong location.Seeing as that communication being between my bank and the dealership/salesman, I do not know why I was contacted multiple times. Ensuring all the details of this transaction are correct were the responsibility of my bank and the salesman’s including the address on the check. I was informed Lexus would handle my registration process but upon being pulled over by a state trooper, I was informed that my car was not registered, and I received a ticket. I contacted Lexus and asked them what happened, and they informed me that my documents were sent back because they needed an actual signature, and not an e-signature done online. Due to the lack of professionalism I would expect from a luxury dealership, I would not recommend this location unfortunately. Overall the facility is nice, and the dealers and staff are pleasant but a positive attitude does not compensate for poor quality of service.

It’s unfortunate to learn about the events that transpired after the purchase of your vehicle. Our records indicate that your bank sent the check to the wrong location because you arranged for the financing to be carried out through an outside establishment and in this instance, the customer is responsible for ensuring the dealership receives payment. Unfortunately, we cannot process the title and registration for vehicles that have not been paid for. If you wish to discuss this further, please contact me directly.
