Very pleased with our experience purchasing our new 2022

Very pleased with our experience purchasing our new 2022 Lexus RX 350L. Our sales guy Josh was great, no pressure at all. The sales manager was also kind and was quick to get us to the price we needed to get out the door. Finance rates through Lexus were better than any local bank or credit union and the finance manager moved our paperwork quickly. We were in and out driving our vehicle in no time. I would definitely recommend this delearship.

I bought a ‘16 Camaro 3 years ago, I am still smiling in

I bought a ‘16 Camaro 3 years ago, I am still smiling in my mind from the excellent service I received. The Financing manager gave me a little pressure, but not too much, I needed it. It took me 6 months of visiting the dealership to finally make my purchase, by the end everyone there felt like family. I’m sure everyone that was there 3 years ago Remembers the jet black Camaro I ended up getting for a great price. FYI, If you get another Camaro I’ll buy it all over again.

My experience with Lexus of Orange County was excellent. Everyone was very friendly- informative and not pushy. Melissa was just as excited as I was that I was purchasing my first new car in 35 years. She spent all the time we needed to go over the features of the car. She kept me posted on when it might be ready. Follow up was also appreciated.

Gave me a decent deal on the car but hid problems and history with the car, and when I wanted the problems fixed on the car they told me to take it elsewhere and were not going to fix anything for me.
