I had a great experience. Chris was great and really helpful. The loaner car was great. I also liked the fact they didn't push things or try to pressure me on things. I really liked the honesty of the technician who said the car was in really good condition .

In fact, my wife can’t wait for her current lease to end so she can come to Orange County Lexus and possibly lease a new Lexus SUV.

My 2023 car has had the following since the end of May
My 2023 car has had the following since the end of May 2023: Dent from the dealership, they did fix this. Not detailed appropriately dayof pick up Sticker left on roof Rattle in driver and passenger door, they say they don't hear it. I do, daily Dashboard falling down No spare key Sluggish surges at times So yeah .... Not a happy customer

Our team has taken measures to accommodate your needs as much as possible by fixing the dent and attempting to find the rattling in the door. Unfortunately, no one was able to replicate this sound when it was brought to our attention, so no further action could be taken. As for the dash, all 2023 RX vehicles are experiencing the same trim adhesive issue that we are waiting on a solution for from Lexus. Additionally, due to a chip shortage, new Lexus vehicles only come with one key at purchase and the second will be provided by the manufacturer in the future.
