Theresea is the best service adivsor ever. She’s very dedicated to earning customers for life. The rest of the team was great, was nice seeing the service manager Sam Bersamin personally take an interest in my oil change. Bruddah Marcus is running a well oiled machine! A+++

Good and honest service. But an oil change should not take 3 hours. At least they have a shuttle to take you places to wait.

Great sales team and clean office. The waiting for paperwork is a bit long, we were there for almost 3 hours nevertheless, we have an over-all positive experience.

Car got fixed quickly, part was ordered and my car was fixed a day early. Charlo was very helpful and called to let me know they found something else wrong with my car and made sure it got fixed quickly. Very friendly.

Dealer service for my car since 2003 has been reliable and I get results. They are usually quite busy and I don’t know if this is the cheapest path. But the service staff has been good to work with and I get results.

I've been ford for about 10 years and the first time ill had a service for my F-150 till now is amazing, there service is excellent.

Oil change was faster than I had anticipated, the staff were friendly and helpfull. Last week, I took my wife's car in for an oil change at a different dealership and they vacuumed the floorboards, washed the car and cleaned the windows inside and out. I guess Ford doesn't do that.

Our lease was ending on our current Ford vehicle, and we were happy with our previous experience so we decided to come back for a new lease! Great experience, got a great deal for what we were looking for. Awesome customer service, Jeff was so friendly and speeded everything along.
