Wait was longer than usual
I took my Fusion in for the typical oil change and servicing and to fix a recall issue. I dropped it off at 8:15am and didn't leave until 2:30pm (they said it would take 2-2.5 hours). They did offer to give me a free car wash to make up for the wait. The service was done right, but they need to work on wait times.

I was very pleased with the service I got
They did everything I had ask for wait time was a little longer than I thought, but show room was comfortable and great coffee, and nice to rest and watch TV.

Better then last time
Well this time around I wasn't invisible there was actually an ice breaker can u image that an ice breaker who knew...I interacted with less people this time around just the greeter which had a good attitude (ice breaker). Kyle was good. On the day that I got the car back the invisible coat that I was wearing first time around just disappear cause the people who didn't interact with me had develop ice breaker since the last time I saw them which is an improvement.

Can't have it any better...
I appreciate the fact that Customer Service Agent Kyle Piercy always pays close attention to my van problems and manages every facet of repairs in such a way that I am constantly left with a great sense of satisfaction...not to forget the Team of Mechanics who Kyle makes sure they do it right...and it shows...Mahalo guys...!!!...

I called Chad because a recall notice for my steering wheel. He scheduled me for the very next day. I also asked for maintenance service. I dropped my car off at 7 and Chad called me around 11:30 that my car was ready.. Service was fast and courteous. Thank you, kk

Explorer Lube/Oil service
Relationship from drop-off to pick-up with Kyle Piercy was second to none - excellent service that began with greeting and ended with Kyle meeting me at the service counter with paperwork - evidently he saw me walking up and met me without having to be called.

Very fast service!
When I arrived to Honolulu ford to get my oil changed, tires rotated, and inspection and recall done, chad( my advisor) assisted me. He had great customer service and always kept me updated! I will be back for future service on my vehicle.

Service and safety recall
