I have purchased many Fords since 1987 and the majority of those Fords from the GOAT, Ben Cabalo. He is the greatest! Excellent customer service. Worked with us for about a week before getting our Ford F250. Professional and straight to the point attitude. Listens carefully to our wants and needs then offers exactly what we asked for. Thomas explained all of the paperwork in detail, answered any questions we had and never rushed or forced our choices or decisions.

Great experience with my purchase and Rich our sales man assisted in every way without pressuring us. He performed his job but sat back when the wife and I needed alone time to discuss questions. Rich was the only sales person that acknowledged my wife and I while we were at the dealer. The management team worked well with us they were firm but fair on my trade. I have dealt with four different dealers here in oahu and by far one of the best expirances on island. There was a misunderstanding with a product but Edy immediately contacted me and made it right, that is hard to find at times since we move so often a military member. The personnel that performs the wash and detail could use a little more attention to detail as I had some small dirty sports after they washed my new truck. No worries I came home and washed it right off. Thank you Honolulu Ford for the great experience job well done.
