Representative chad gave me excellent service at Honolulu fo

I always felt comfortable with ford and trust they will always give me the best care and service possible. Although I might have had a first time bad experience when I first purchased my ford F150 2018 I never imagine feeling undecided before I made my purchase. But now I do love my ford truck a lot, hoping to one day purchase another vehicle from Ford.

13 days too long to finish repair, unnecessary diagnosis.

Repairing a rear wheel, replace an A/C dial seems too long. My SUV was towed in on 4/21 but it took until 5/4 to get it back. Excluding 5 days for getting a part shipped in from the mainland, it took 8 days to complete the job. I also requested the sunroof to be SEALED because it wasn't being used and had been sealed previously elsewhere but was leaking and rusting under the opening, but instead an unauthorized inspection leading to a $3000 estimate to replace the sunroof was completely performed and billed. I asked for sealing, not diagnosis that cost $160. I could have sealed it myself but wanted it done professionally and permanently. I paid it just to get my car back out of frustration. I specifically ordered a resealing of the sunroof but the mechanic went beyond his instructions. Please adjust my bill and credit my account.

Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and excellent

Very fast easy service

First time take heavy size vehicle for oil change. Everything was excellent. Sounds like different with previous owners and hopefully will stay same. Thank you for your service.

Awesome experience

Staff was pretty awesome! Loved every minute of the whole experience! Would recommend any of my friends and family. If I needed another car, I would definitely go back!

Check AC

Appointment with Kyle, but checked in with Chad. Kyle checked me out and explained what was found. Kyle is always very friendly and explains what was done. Was able to check in quickly since I had an early appointment.

Great Setvice

Thia the second time I use Honolulu Foed , great service , , nolt from my Service Advisr , but from the tech, who work on my car.,My time was not waisted,nor was told I need extra servicing .
