New Super Duty
I met with Rhett and he went through the inventory of F-250's. He went above and beyond looking for exactly what I wanted. 2015 Fiesta was broken down on the road. No engine power.
It was happen on Saturday morning, the engine power suddenly gone. Called towing and the phone receiver advised me about an hour to towing is arrive. But it was about 15 min. and I was a happy. At the Honolulu Ford, I had to leave my car to following week, due to Engine Technician is not working on week-end. I thought got a bad deal because to repair took 10 days. However, Fey was treating me very nice and concerned my situation, and I got a rental car. And after my car was fixed, Ford cleaned my car and shine, I am very happy now. Honolulu Ford did a good job. Thank you Fey!

Ford Focus 2018 hatch back sold by Ben Cabalo

This makes the 5th Transit modified with a wheelchair lift we have purchased from Honolulu Ford in the past 18 months. Honolulu Ford continues to give us the best deals on the island for wheelchair accessible vans. This now make 20 Fords in our fleet, all purchased or leased from Honolulu Ford. A better outcome than the last time...
I brought in my car because the engine and wrench light came on. Upon checking in I requested to have someone else other than Kyle as my specialist due in part everytime he was my contact he either did call me when he said he was,pass me off to someone else who also didn't call or didn't even have the problem that I brought my car in for fully fixed. Thank goodness Carlos was able to be my customer specialist thus time. Not only did Carlos kept me updated to what was going on with my car but also brought to light some other problems that were wrong with it and needed to be fixed. Because of his attention to detail and updates I feel a little more confident that Honolulu Ford is getting their act together in the service department. And a very big thank you to the Tech(s) that fixed my car, I greatly appreciate your hard work!
