I brought in my vehicle for a few minor things that needed attention and the customer service was excellent and I was very pleased with the completion of the tech side as well. Its been a while since I've had a car from a dealership but I will have to say Honolulu Ford is a place I will speak highly of and recommend.

Kyle is the best service representative that I ever had because he was on top of things n really helpful when I had him look into my air conditioning.

I had to battery replaced I called and said bring it by and I'll take care of it and that they did. The only suggestions I have for you guys instead of charging somebody for a car wash give him a complimentary car wash every time they come in for service a lot of other dealerships do that and I know a lot of people would love that.

Ben was an awesome and patient sales person to work with, he had listened to what I had wanted, and needed. I would recommend Ben to any of my family and friends who is looking for a car. Some dealership you feel the salesmen is out to make a sale, and rushes you, but Ben was not like that.
