In and out in an hour

My lease came up on my Ford Fiesta that I lease for my brother so I wanted to roll over to lease another Ford. I told my brother to pick out a car he liked on Honolulu Fords website. He picked out a Focus hatchback that he liked. I relayed the message to Ben Cabalo my sales person from the first day I purchased a new Ford. I gave him the vin number told him I wanted to pick it up on a Saturday and after giving him all the info he needed by phone or email the car was ready on Saturday. I was in the dealership for one hour and this includes my brother test driving the vehicle. As always Ben Cabalo made the purchase experience a pleasure. I would also like to thank Jeff Salazar for making the lease turn in process a breeze. Thanks also to Chris Kauwe in financing for the in and out process for leasing the vehicle. I highly recommend Honolulu Ford and their highly trained professionals!!👍👍👍

Dealer Still Hasn't Given the Registration 2 Months Later

We purchased a car 2 months ago. It has been 8 full weeks and we still do not have our registration. We are driving an expired car around. We have made numerous attempts to ask the dealer what's going on. Each time they promise they'll fix it and yet, here we are, 2 months later and no registration. Our salesperson Maggie is unreliable and doesn't respond to questions. My trust is gone in this dealership. I never had any issues with salespeople or managers at any other dealership. I regret doing business with Honolulu Ford. After we get our registration we won't be going back. I hope this review saves some people from the trouble of dealing with them because it has not been a pleasant or professional experience.

Dependable Ben

Awesome so seamless!

Carlo in service was excellent and professional. Really enjoyed working with him. Edith from the shuttle service was exceptional and a delight. Very professional and courteous couldn’t ask for a better person. Thanks Honolulu Ford!

Go see Ben Cabalo!

Ben was great to work with. Easy to talk to and he was able to work around my schedule. I was able to go home with a new FORD F-250 utility vehicle for my company feeling great! I'll definitely recommend him and do more future business with him.

Ben was great. He worked hard to make a deal. He kept in contact but never pressured me. In the end, I got the truck I wanted at a fair price.
