Had my vehicle two days and a major issue accrued. Took the vehicle back to dealership twice. Finally had to take it to another dealership, pay for a diagnostic, and rent my own rental car. Because they didn't have any cars availability. Saying they were behind three weeks behind. Finally, when the diagnostic test was done, they tried to blame us. Hopefully they have picked up the vehicle from the other dealership to repair it. It's so sad that they are not standing behind what they sale. I just want my truck repaired. They said it's a as is vehicle but it's not it has under 30,000 miles. I guess they think women are stupid. I'm a disabled veteran, my husband died serving this country. I know where gas and other fluids go! Please stop with the foolishness fix my vehicle. Mark Hall is a professional salesman this isn't his fought. He has been trying to assist me. It's sad when honestly, loyalty, and audacity are running neck and neck. This is straight foolishness. Hopefully they will address and fix this.
