I was disappointed to learn at the very end an additional $400 to $500 would be added to repair. It is my opinion that a cross threaded bolt should have been identified early in the process when that bolt was removed. It leads me to question whether the technician was the one that cross threaded the bolt when putting back together. Latham was very professional and did a good job given the circumstances. It would be difficult for me to recommend someone here or for me to be a return customer unless I know measures are put in place to minimize this from occurring again.

Marcos was my sales guy, he was extremely communicative and was on top of my purchases from order to delivery. Process was smooth and although I had outside financing I used Classics as they made it simple and rates were competitive.

My Car was at the dealership for almost a month! This...
My Car was at the dealership for almost a month! This was to long for the 2 repairs that were made. The service man (Jake) was ok but communication was a little sparse. one of the problems I asked them to fix is that my ignition switch periodically would not engage leaving me to try to turn on for a long as 5 minutes and nothing was found to be wrong. However, 2 days after I had the car back it locked up and I had to try for 2-3 min inserting and trying to turn the fob. I thought I was going to have to have the car towed??

Horrible and have lost my trust where the service...
Horrible and have lost my trust where the service department is concerned. My warranty paid more than 7k for a service that I now believed was not fond but patched. Had to make numerous calls took it on they claimed to have done what they were paid hefty for. Took it back a week later 3 times same issue. Now they are said to have replaced my transmission.
