    Bought a used car had a problem the first two days with the car took it back they looked at it. Still had a problem with the same thing they claimed the... fuel pump. I got it checked at auto zone it was not my fuel pump. I have had the car a total of 4 months and now my car stops on me when I pump the gas my car won’t start I have to sit and hold my gas pedal until it starts. I’ve had incidents where I call and they are totally rude I had a worker there personally call me from her cell phone and was being rude to me!! This place is not ran right they need to be inspected and SHUT DOWN!!!! There cars are shit and they are just money hungry DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!

    I WENT TO JD AUTO SALES TO BUY A CAR BECAUSE THEY DONT CHECK CREDIT. I KNEW THAT IT WAS A USED CAR SO I CARRY SOMEONE WITH ME THAT KNEW ABOUT CARS.I ENDED... UP BUYING A 2OO5 BUICK.AFTER ABOUT A WEEK I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE WATER PUMP I CALL THEM AND THEY SAID TO BRING IT IN AND THEY WOULD HAVE SOMEONE LOOK AT IT. I CARRY IT IN THE NEXT DAY.THE GUY THEY THAT LOOK AT IT TOLD ME IT WAS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR FOR A CAR WEAR OUT THE WATER WATER PUMP.SO I TOOK THE CAR TO A AUTO SHOP THEY TOLD ME THE SAME THING.SO I CALLED JD AUTO SALES BACK AND EXPLAIN TO THEM THAT I WAS SHORT OF MONEY AND COULD NOT FIX THE CAR AT THIS TIME.SO THE LADY HAD IT FIX FOR ME THEW THERE SHOP AND PUT IT ON A PAYMENT PLAN FOR ME.AS FAR AS FOR ME THESE ARE GOOD PEOPLE TO WORK WITH.I UNDERSTAND THAT I BROUGHT A USED CAR.I UNDERSTAND THAT I WAS GOING TO HAVE PROBLEM DOWN THE ROAD.I WENT TO THEM THEY HELP ME.GOOD PEOPLE

    I purchased a vehicle from JD Auto about three months ago and I had nothing but problems from the beginning I had to take my car to the mechanic about... five to six times in the three months I had it the very first week I had it it was in the mechanic they sold me the car with expired smog my check engine light was on but the bulb was burnt so I had no idea the check engine light was on the back windows were not working properly it started overheating the battery was not connected properly so it wouldn't turn on from time to time after I got the vehicle I put a good down payment down and paid my monthly payments on time and when it came down to the last part that was broken they did not want to fix it they wanted me to pay out of my pocket and I still had the 90-day warranty on the vehicle from the dealer so I decided to give it back it was nothing but a headache from the very beginning when I got the car home after purchasing it I noticed that there were still things in the trunk from the previous owner they didn't even take the time to clean out the car before selling it they're very unprofessional every time I call and I still have not received a call from anyone after letting them know I left the car at the mechanic I would not recommend this dealer to anybody it was easy to purchase a vehicle but not worth the hassle and the headache in the in the end
