Two Thumbs up.

Drove several hours to purchase a used pickup. Was not disappointed upon arrival ,the vehicle was what they had said it was, they were up front and honest with me. Very laid back and not pushy car salesman,would recommend them to anybody looking to purchase a good quality used vehicle. Hank.


Jake berg auto sales

I was shopping for a used car, found dealer ship online. Called an spoke with Jake. Awesome dealership. Drove 3.5 hours bought an Acura MDX. Great experience, will definetly tell friends and family what a great dealership. Thank you everybody at Jakes for all your help.


Friendly, genuine service, and a fair price

I was immensely pleased with my experience purchasing a car here today, I'm not certain what exactly I expected from them going in, but I certainly didn't anticipate them being so friendly, personable, and not at all pushy. They also found me financing options that were far better than I had anticipated or calculated myself. Jake and Loren are a couple of great guys, I am happy with the price I paid, and I'm glad I could support a local family operation like this.


Purchase of a 2006 Lexus RX 330

I'd really rather have a root canal than go back. I'm Joking. Loren and Jake are really nice. I'm a salesperson, and I can sniff out a hard sale in the first 5 seconds. I bought a Lexus and have never had such a pleasant time buying anything. I verified everything they said about the car, even calling the repair shop. They were totally straight shooters, helpful, and knew the answer to all my questions. When you go there, tell them Terry sent you.



I can't express in words how wonderful these folks were in helping me get the car I fell in love with! They were decent, knowledgeable caring people!


Dont let them lead you on

Had nice decent cars But they obviously dont care about what you need. Had all the terms agereed on. Was expected to return the folowing monday. Sold it to the next guycoming with a better deal. Just another delarship hungry to take your money.

I would like to begin by saying that I'm deeply troubled that anyone is unhappy with our company. For the past 26 years we have always made our customer's happiness our top priority. This was a complicated deal spanning over ten days. While I was off, our new salesperson unknowingly sold this vehicle to another customer (not for more money). This was not a greed thing but rather a mistake. I accept full responsibility for what happened. We both had invested a lot of time and effort into our deal only to lose it at the end. Purchase of 2003 Honda Element

I cannot thank Gordon enough, you are a saint! I am working overseas in Iraq and spoke to Gordon about the 2003 Honda Element. My daughters 2001 Subaru Outback with 380,000 miles needed some work and it was better to buy a newer vehicle. My daughter drove the vehicle, loved it and Gordon faxed the purchase order to my Credit Union. I called to ask Gordon for a huge favor, which was to drive the vehicle down to the credit union because my wife is not a freeway driver and he said yes after making arrangements on his end. Seriously Gordon, I can never thank you enough and it is people like yourself that would make me come back and buy another vehicle from you:) Thank you again, Kurt


Purchase of 2006 Honda Element

Great buying experience! Having not purchased an used vehicle in over 12 years, I was apprehensive about that process. But Gordon, Loren, Matthew and Kristen all contributed to a smooth, honest and quick purchase. My wife and I drove just over 300 miles to buy our 2006 Honda Element and when we arrived, it had just been washed and they even provided us with a full tank of gas for the drive home! Last but not least, a cargo area tonneau cover was left behind - They even mailed that to our home at no charge! Thanks so very much "Team Jake Berg"!!
