Lavar was courteous and kind as always. Even though I had gotten behind on my service with covid, due to my compromised immune system, I was still treated with great respect. Lavar was also my salesman at the time I purchased my car. He was fantastic then and he is now, back in service.

I will start off by saying that I never in a million...

I will start off by saying that I never in a million years thought that I would be driving a Kia. However I made the transition 6/2021 from a C300 Mercedes Benz to a 2021 Kia Sorrento. Cameron Kowalewski was nothing short of amazing. He was very knowledgeable, and pointed me in the right direction when it came to trim levels. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and without a doubt, I would recommend Cameron for all your Kia needs

Brett was excellent and communicated with me throughout the entire process. The appraiser was straight forward about the process, he made sure to accurately examine my trade in. The team really worked on making sure everything was together for my daughter and I. Camille left me a positive experience, and did an awesome job preparing it. Financing was also straight forward and helped me to understand things in regards to my vehicle.

Oil change and tire rotation

Jason Dale is a phenomenal service rep. I will say it was very obvious that they?re overworked and under staffed but that is something many businesses are having to deal with right now. I tried calling to make the appointment multiple times and was not successful. I hated reaching out to Jason for something minor but he was exceptionally responsive as always and got me scheduled. He always goes over and above.
