Dealership was great, Ellie was great, car is great. I just have one complaint about Kia They automatically sign me up for SiriusXM. It happened with my sportage 3 years ago they hounded me for 6 months Even though I cancelled. They are starting again with my new Kia And I have cancelled again. You should not sign people up automatically without asking.

Not happy the warranty didn?t cover the first time repair. And the car had only 28,000 miles. I had to take car back within 2 months for the same repair. They did fix it now. I hope. My service person, Diana did a very good job.

Very efficient! Lavar was extremely caring and helpful to me! The wait was scheduled to take 2-3 hours. He provided a Lyft ride so I didn’t have to sit around while I waited. I wasn’t feeling well on the day I came in for service; he recognized it and took the lead by helping expedite me home as quickly as he could.
