Brett was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We showed up at closing time and didn't realize it. Brett greeted us and we came back the next day because of his relaxed, inviting demeanor. We didn't feel pressured and are happy with our purchase.

Salesmen Bryson and Hector were knowledgeable and...

Salesmen Bryson and Hector were knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately there was a discrepancy between the sale price (last year's model) and the price I was asked to pay, but manager Michael Johnson agreed to refund the over payment, so I am happy. Not a fan of the $1295 Protection Package that is forced on all buyers, but most dealers probably add "options" like that.

We had an excellent experience with Bryson at Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw. I inquired about a car and he wasted no time answering my questions and sending me pictures I requested. I asked for a quote and he wrote me one up at a fair price without unnecessary fees tacked on. We came to pick up the car the next day and the agreed-upon numbers were already printed out and ready to go for us. He walked us through the whole car before we drove off the lot and we couldn’t have had a better experience.

Very professional and courteous. The restrooms are clean and a please to rest while waiting on your car to be serviced. They also offered me a ride back to my office.

Car was not delivered on time and only came with one key...

Car was not delivered on time and only came with one key being only a year old. I think the dealership should have had another key made. Other than that, everything else was good.

Brett did a nice job and Brandan in finance was great. Was a busy Saturday and took a lot longer than I would have liked but the folks at Jill Ellis made up for it in the end.
