Katy was great! She was very helpful and patient with my parents and I on our car purchase. She was able to answer all our questions and concerns and made us confident in our purchase. Also appreciate Katy following up with us days afterwards to make sure everything was going well and if we had any concerns. If i'm looking for another Kia, I know where and to who I am going with! Do not buy from them!!!

Sadly don?t have anything good to say! Bought my car about two months ago. When I still did not get my license plate on my birthday (when the temporary one expired), I called in just to find out that they did not have me sign 1 document that is needed for the paperwork! Instead of them coming to me, I had to follow up. I also wanted to extend my temporary license plate as it?s outdated now however, could not as apparently the prior owner did not remove it from their name so there is a flag on the car which the dealership did not take car of either! Needless to say I don?t need all that stress right before our baby is due!!! Don?t go there they don?t seem to have their xxxx together!!

I came in to Jim Ellis of Kennesaw to possibly purchase a Kia. My daughter was once a customer of this same dealership and recommended I go there. My salesman Brett Jones was soooo AMAZING! Typically buy a car is a long and daunting experience. However, Brett made me feel like family throughout the entire process. He wasn't cold, robotic or pushy like a lot of sales associates are. But I literally was there for nearly 7 hours and it felt like I was hanging out with him all the while he was selling me a car LOL! The financing part of it was not intimadating and he made me feel comfortable with everything. I am now a new Kia Sportage owner and I will definitely refer people to Brett and Jim Ellis of Kennesaw!

Katy was very knowledgeable about the 3 cars we test...

Katy was very knowledgeable about the 3 cars we test drove. She was able to answer any question my wife and I had and then some. She test drove first to show us how to work any of the extra functions each vehicle had to offer. Also, she was very nice, sweet, not pushy, and just an overall very pleasant experience. The dealership itself was very clean and many smiling faces around. Highly recommend Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw and Katy as car sales lady.
