Diana was very helpful in communicating the services required for my Kia. She helped set-up transportation and was accommodating with pick-up and drop-off times. Her and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Jason Dale in the service department is awesome! He always goes above and beyond in customer service. He stayed late on a Saturday afternoon when I brought my car in for service. He did not have to stay but he made sure that my car was well taken care of. I think of him as family. He is a great asset to the service department!!!!

Our salesperson, Hector, was THE BEST. And I don't say that lightly. I left the house in the morning making jokes about which I enjoyed less, car shopping or a root canal. Hector was quick to adapt to OUR style as car buyers. He made the whole process fun and we drove away very happy!

It took a little longer than expected, but in all fairness it was getting busy in the service dept. the lady who took care of me was, kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable. I?m sorry I forgot her name.
