I made an online appointment, to wait at the dealership, for the 7,500 mile first required service to be performed on my 2021 Telluride SX. Jason wrote up the service order on time and the service was performed in about 30 minutes while we waited in the customer lounge enjoying breakfast bars and coffee. Jason pulled our SUV into the service bay when completed so we would not have to go out in the rain all for an impressive 5 star professional service.

It was easy to make my appointment and the service tech...
It was easy to make my appointment and the service tech on the phone answered my questions about tire prices. The staff are always friendly when they take my temperature and get my keys. Lavar, the service tech in charge of my vehicle, explained all the services that came with the 30,000 mile check up and reviewed options for tires with me. He was upfront and honest about the cost and the time it would take. Lavar went above and beyond when he realized that I was staying during the service because I live 30 minutes away - he went directly to the service guys and found one who could take my car immediately so my wait was 30 minutes shorter than expected. Kia of Kennesaw has a great team in the service department!!
