Everyone I met went above and beyond. As a first time new car buyer, I cannot say enough about how amazing everyone was. Bryson went above and beyond to find me the perfect car. I changed my mind about three times before finally deciding on the 2021 Sorento and Bryson not once gave me grief. He is knowledgeable, professional, and hysterical. Jim Ellis is lucky to have such an amazing sales rep on their team! Mike and Cris in finance were also fantastic. Very professional and very understanding! Thanks to everyone at Jim Ellis for making my first car buying experience so great.

I had been looking at the Telluride online, comparing the various dealers in the North Atlanta area. I noticed that dealers were charging a premium for the Telluride. I chose Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw because the Internet Price and the MSRP on the Window Sticker was the same. I contacted the dealer and they had one on the lot and I made an appointment with Ellie Meehan. When we arrived at the dealership, Ellie was with a customer who had arrived late, we were greeted by Hector Green who did an excellent job working with us. Ellie did meet us for the final vehicle delivery and went over the initial setup of the features. Everyone we worked with through through the process was very positive. It was an excellent experience and I would recommend Jim Ellis Kia to friends and family.

From the initial phone call to the last signature Bryson provided the highest quality customer service I?ve ever been provided in any industry. His product knowledge and expertise far exceeded our expectations, he went above and beyond every step of the way.
