I've been taking my 2016 Kia to them for almost 2 years....

I've been taking my 2016 Kia to them for almost 2 years. Waiting time is high, with or without appointment, with and without covid. Camille has been great every time, but today I called because my headlight was down. A guy answered, no name provided and told me system is down, and he won't be able to charge me, because there is a charge to look at it (of course, I don't expect them to do it for free). Told me go to AutoZone and "get a new bulb, almost sure that's all is needed". There are people like me that don't do DIY on cars, I'll be changing to another service provider.

Although a misunderstanding occurred, both the service manager and service representative worked diligently to solve the problem. After trouble shooting the service team was able to determine problem and repair.

Sub-par service, slow diagnosis, bad communication

It took seven hours for service to determine why the check engine light came on in my nearly brand new car (less than 5000 miles on it). I called service for an update SEVEN times. Every time, I got connected to a phone that just kept ringing. I had to text my my sales manager and ask him to find out why service reps weren't available before someone finally got back to me. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle five hours later, it wasn't ready for me. And they had misplaced the keys and spent fifteen minutes searching high and low to find them. When it was all over, I got a "Sorry for the hassle" from a rep as she walked by me and handed me my keys, not even stopping her stride to say the words. Terrible experience. What kind of hassle am I in for when my car is a few years old and something really goes wrong?

Mikey in the service department was great! He assisted...

Mikey in the service department was great! He assisted with two recent service calls, met me at the service door, provided great customer service and let me know the mechanics were able to repair my existing wind shield wipers and also replaced a tire that had a nail. He called both times and let me know my car was ready in the time window he advised.

Outstanding Customer Service Jim Ellis KIA !

I was in the dealership today for scheduled routine maintenance. Very efficient! As soon as I pulled in there, they were at my window to offer assistance. Everyone was so courteous and helpful. Camille was the BEST service advisor EVER! She kept me updated thru the process, answered all my questions and was just a pleasure to work with. I could not have asked for a better visit.
