I always deal with Diana for customer service. She always takes care of me and offers me Refreshments while I wait. Our conversations are always the best and I feel like we're friends. I love the way they go the extra mile to wash my car and vacuum

Jason Dale has been my Service Rep since I purchased my...

Jason Dale has been my Service Rep since I purchased my Kia Optima. He listens. He is attentive. He prints out Detailed Customer Service copies He cares He retrieves my earrings from under driver seat. I cant find them because of the power sear apparatus. He represents Jim Ellis KIA of Kennesaw with outstanding professionalism at each visit. Jason Dale is the finest representative. I have great trust in him. Don't let him get away!
