Cameron, Michael (finance) was awesome!! Even though last minute I made a quick switch lol from a Sportage to a K5... I absolutely love love love my car! Thank you guys. My car could have been a little more clean.. but I am still happy

Everyone was very friendly and willing to help. My fan sometimes continues to run after the car shuts off, and I have come out to a dead battery. the fan didn't act up when it was in for service. Diana suggested getting me a loaner car and keeping my car until they could find the problem. I appreciate her willingness to work with me on finding a solution to this problem.

Brought in car for a recall and to follow-up on an issue...

Brought in car for a recall and to follow-up on an issue with the speedometer. The recall issue was repaired during the visit and the part was ordered for the speedometer issue. Part arrived in the time frame anticipated. Made a follow-up appointment with no issue and repair was completed within the timeframe promised. Follow-up was good during the entire process to keep me posted on the repair. Overall, a good service experience. I wish more loaner cars were available for warranty work but that is a minor issue.
