We got the car we wanted in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. Not sure what else you could want from a dealership. The fact that everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful was an added bonus. We've bought our last three cars from Jim Ellis, and will likely buy the next one there too.
