Service representative was congenial and informative during a recall check on potential sensor malfunction. The waiting area was much noisier then other dealerships I have visited..

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from Jim...

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from Jim Ellis dealership. It went very well. One, they have nice vehicles under ten thousand dollars that is perfect for a college student. The sales person did not pressure me and my daughter into buying from them. He was courteous and patient. Next time I am ready to purchase another vehicle I will consider Jim Ellis.
