I started the process of looking for a Telluride a few...

I started the process of looking for a Telluride a few months ago. I began on the internet and swapped emails with Greg. Finally met Greg in person and was a complete pleasure to work with. Was honest, knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend Greg if your in the market for a Kia and Jim Ellis of Kennesaw.

Larry Whorley was great! Took time to give us data for review and did not push us to make a quick decision. We love our Optima Hybrid and look forward to loving the Sorento as well! We have always had great service from this dealership!

The only reason I did not give every category 5 stars was...

The only reason I did not give every category 5 stars was due to the finance guy. He was a total jerk and made me feel rushed, stupid, and uncomfortable. I left his office feeling super confused. He seemed to care more about getting me out the door as fast as he could, rather than helping me. And don't dare ask him a question because he will roll his eyes and belittle you! I honestly expected him to be a jerk though so I guess it was not much of a surprise. If the car wasn't such a good deal I would have left immediately without purchasing. He needs to be fired or moved somewhere where he doesn't interact with the customers. Katherine was absolutely amazing though! She made me feel so comfortable with everything. Request to work with her if you can! Overall, my experience was fine.

I was a little concerned with the business transactions, but all was eventually resolved. The salesman was kind and professional. It was a long drive, but worth it.

Lisa was awesome and responsive. She walked me through everything and even offered to get me a ride. I couldn’t afford all the repairs so she helped me decide what was necessary and what could wait.

The service department is amazing! I cannot say enough...

The service department is amazing! I cannot say enough good things about them. I am always treated like family here. Diana, Camille, and Jason have always made sure I am taken care of. Although I was not able to purchase my Telluride from Jim Ellis, I will ALWAYS return to them for any service needed. Keep up the amazing work!

Overall excellent dealership kudos to Larry in sales.....he was very detailed in explanation of different models.....the service dept was extremely friendly and helpful with questions with my new car,,,,,,also needed help from the parts dept ....they were very helpful....kudos to everyone including the ladies up front and the virus girl in service
