Not good. Late response. They added unless fee ( service fee ). Can’t pay credit card ( only limit $2000 ). The dealer was not perfectly. ( he forgot our appointment )

Lavar was great. He kept me well informed about the status of my vehicle during the time it was in service. He also provided me with important recalls needing to be performed. My only problem was that after my service, I tried to call them back for additional questions. Unfortunately, I haven't received a response. If it weren't for that issue, I would've given 5 stars.

Every time I go I have to wait over an hour to be helped....
Every time I go I have to wait over an hour to be helped. Then when called they can’t find my ticket, or car. I also am having a new issue after going there. I feel like they deliberately mess up your car so you have to get more work. I will never recommend Kia and discourage people also!

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to flush...
I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to flush the radiator/coolant exchange. 2 months later the windshield wiper fluid light came on... I thought that was odd because i recently had my Kia serviced. I purchase wiper fluid and filled it up. I then noticed that the coolant was low and there was sediment on the bottom of the tank. That’s should be the case since I paid for the coolant to be flushed.
