Great service, friendly staff and clear communication. Diana was very helpful. I got a good deal on new tires and helpful feedback on other device needed. The courtesy Lyft ride was helpful as well!

First it is necessary to understand that I compare searching and buying a car to getting a root canal. With that said, coming to Jim Ellis Kia and having Greg Landry/sales and Donald Dugan/manager to help me, made the experience actually enjoyable. I gave them the numbers I could work with and what I was looking for and they both worked hard to make it happen. There was never a push to buy (like-We really need to sell some cars this week.) Greg assured me he was there for me and he was. Don was patient with my financial concerns of buying a car and made it happen. I truly appreciate them both for everything they did to help get me in my new Soul. When it came down to the Financial part Chris made the paperwork easy to handle as well. Everyone was friendly and professional.
