I had a great experience. First, I desperately needed a loaner car while my car was diagnosed and I feel like the team really tried hard to make it possible. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. I had my 3.5 yr old son With me and he was treated like he was just as important as anyone else. Lavar helped us and was so kind and pleasant.

Jason Dale Is The Best!

Ever since we bought our 2020 Telluride, from driving it off the lot to it's first oil change and all subsequent service intervals, the service has been exceptional. Recently we had a cracked windshield and Jason Dale singlehandedly took care of the entire process for us to get it repaired. He was OUTSTANDING.

Overall great experience. Got a very fair price for this vehicle. My only complaint would be time it took from agreement on the sales price to completing the transaction. Otherwise all commitments were met. Brandon was a true professional and I enjoyed working with him.

Excellent new car purchase experience!

Zee, Mike, and Larry were easy to work with and the entire process was simple. I typically have a disdain for new car negotiations. I found Jim Ellis to be more than reasonable. My three daughters and I all drive Kia Souls and this purchase was the easiest one to date AND the best priced one to date!
