My experience with Jim Ellis Kia Kennesaw was a good one!...

My experience with Jim Ellis Kia Kennesaw was a good one! I felt safe as I entered the service department. My temperature was taken and I was cleared to enter. I was greeted right away. Diana was my service rep at this visit- she and another associate got me signed in and on my way as I was not waiting for my car. My car was ready when promised. The check out procedure was easy and explanatory as to what they had done during my service appointment. I was happy with the service provided and will be back! And they washed and vacuumed out my car! Awesome!

They were efficient, clean, polite, and professional. Loved the free car wash and vacuum. I was also very greatful for the precautions they were taking regarding COVID-19 procedures.

I was not very pleased. I scheduled an appointment for a...

I was not very pleased. I scheduled an appointment for a recall, part was not in stock when I dropped it off. I had them do an oil change and brakes replacement as well. After, there was a tar like substance left on the floor mat of my car, but didn’t notice it right away. They said they couldn’t do anything about it and that it didn’t come from them. So, make sure you inspect your car before getting anything done.
