The people in the service department always exceed my expectations, they truly have my best interest in mind, and go out of their way to make sure I am happy with my service, it's a very comfortable place to be, it almost feels like family!

I made appointment to get an oil change 715 pm I checked in at 701 pm i was checking out at 740 pm Cindy was so nice and professional. I wasn't happy about the merger but there sale and service department stayed the same and I happy they did

The start was slow, once I was seen the communication improved. They worked within the time frame I requested. I let them know I were scheduled to work later after my Journey was serviced, and they finished within that time so I got to work on time.

By pure luck, I've had Cindy as a service advisor many times over the years. She is pleasant and knowledgeable to work with. I dropped my car off early to avoid some weather-related issues and it was logged in and taken care of almost immediately.

I was worried about things changing for the worse with a change in ownership. I received the same consistent service tat I have become accustom to. I was a little disappointed to learn that my service writer, Cindy will be retiring.

Bought a used truck from doan dodge it had a leak in the rear window I took it in to have it checked it sat there all day they called said it would be done by 3. 3:30 I went to check and they hadn’t even touched it I brought it here and with in a hour they fixed the leak and gave it a oil change and tire rotation they were great here don’t go to Doan dodge
