Massey Cadillac adds an unnecessary, worthless $1,200

Massey Cadillac adds an unnecessary, worthless $1,200 Permaplate protection plan to the cost of the car that you can't refuse. AND they charge 3% for Credit Card down payments. I WANTED to split the DP on my Delta Miles Card and the rest on my Debit.. It would have cost me $150. Mind you I just purchased another vehicle at MB of North Orlando in August and neither of those issues were realized. The only reason why I even gave 2 stars was Jake was great to work with. Incidently...had they not FORCED the overpriced Permaplate I would have definitely purchased the extended warranty.

The dealership sold defective vehicle. Maps are not working and told me it will after 2 hrs. Dropped off for service and part is on back order. Unable to drive EV without navigation.

we went to go look at several vehicles CT4-V, Optiq-V Optiq luxury level 2, and the Vistiq, James took the time and showed my wife every vehicle she was interested in and different trim levels available, Jay the General Manager resolved an issue we had with the missing 2nd key and charger nothing to do with James and the buying process. would purchase again form north
