I originally went to John Eagle Acura and felt totally

I originally went to John Eagle Acura and felt totally ignored but my experience at Sugarland was much different. Even though they were short staff Broderick still made us feel at ease. He still worked with us on a last minute appointment and took care of us ASAP. I’m so glad I live on this side of town because I will continue to get my services at Sugarland Acura.

The staff at this location is always friendly and

The staff at this location is always friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference. However, the coffee machines need to be replaced, as they’re often unreliable or out of service. Snack inventory also needs attention—popular items are frequently out of stock. Service timelines can be unclear, and there should be an easier, more accurate way to track when work will be completed. With a few operational improvements, this location could offer a much smoother experience.
