You are treated like royalty during the process of buying
You are treated like royalty during the process of buying your car. After signing papers had an issue where promises were made and were never kept. I was ghosted basically by sales and finance dept. I love my RDX and service dept is excellent, I have no complaints. But I would not buy another car from this dealership..they did not keep their word. Bad experience.

Dealership is not very helpful with mode of
Dealership is not very helpful with mode of transportation. I had to leave my car, and they didn’t provide any form of help to get me when I need to go. I had spend 100 dollars in uber to get back and forth to work
