I spoke to the Service Mgr, Mark Nichols and explained my issue. He right away offered to fix the issue at No charge to satisfy me as a customer. I wasn't expecting that! I was pleasantly surprised and grateful for his understanding of my problem. My first review of the service agent, Jesse has been rectified.
