Maint.

Maint. Dept has always been helpful. Showed up today w/ flat tire, no appt, 45 minutes later I was out of there. Andy has been fantastic. He understands customer service & gets things done. I consider him a friend, not just my tech POC @ the dealership. I’ve owned 16 new cars in the last 35 yrs & this maint group is the best I’ve had. I had 2 ML350’s prior to this MDX, a main reason I came back to Acura (3 MDXs & a TL Type S) was MB Sugar Land service went from ok to awful in a couple years. Will be buying a new. MDX y’all within the next couple months for sure.
